GENERAL GUIDELINES

01. AGUUUPY reserves the right to decline commissions based on factors such as availability, capability, and comfort with the desired output.02. Commissions intended for commercial use (e.g., merchandise) are subject to the artist’s approval and will require base pricing plus a percentage of the profit from merchandise sold. Proper credit must also be given to the artist when selling the items.

All rates provided represent base prices and are subject to adjustment based on the artist’s availability and the complexity of the commissioned work. Commissions intended for commercial use will incur additional fees.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

03. A nonrefundable 50% down payment is required before production of the commissioned work begins. Full-resolution, no-watermark files will be provided via Google Mail/Drive once the remaining balance has been fully settled.04. Strictly no cancellations or refunds. The 50% down payment is nonrefundable and will not be returned if the client decides to discontinue or no longer avail of the artist’s services.

TIMELINE & RUSH ORDER

05. Rush commissions may be accepted subject to the artist’s availability and approval. Rush orders will incur additional fees depending on the timeframe required to complete the work.06. Turnaround time is estimated at 2–10 days. Please note that this timeframe may vary in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including emergencies, technical difficulties, or other factors beyond the artist’s control. Should any delays occur, the artist is responsible for informing the client promptly and providing updated expectations regarding the completion of the commissioned work.

REVISIONS

07. The client is entitled to up to two major revisions (e.g., composition, structure, concept) during the drafting stage. After final approval, the client may request up to two minor revisions (e.g., color adjustments, small detail refinements). Additional major revisions may incur extra charges.

COPYRIGHT & USAGE

08. The artist retains full copyright and ownership of the commissioned artwork unless otherwise stated. The artist also reserves the right to include the commissioned work in her portfolio.09. The client may use the artwork for personal purposes such as social media posts, profile pictures, freebies, and printing for non-commercial use. Sharing the artwork is permitted as long as proper credit is given to the artist.

RESTRICTIONS

10. The client is strictly prohibited from reselling, redistributing, or claiming the artwork as their own.11. The client may not alter or modify the commissioned work without the artist’s explicit permission, unless such changes are covered under an approved commercial agreement.

LIABILITY

12. The Client shall ensure that the commissioned work adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and requirements.13. By commissioning the Artist’s services, the Client acknowledges and agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
